The Big Map! 10 Online Business Models for Beginners
LYNNIE VERSION
Would you like to read this article in more grown-up words, still easy to understand? Jump here.
Hi! I’m Lynnie! Today I’m showing you the ten online business models. That’s a fancy way of saying ten ways to earn money on the internet.
Grown-ups usually find them one at a time. One video says, “This is THE way!” The next says, “No, THIS is the way!” So confusing!
So Lynnaider put all ten ways on one big map, side by side. Now you can pick the one you like. Much calmer.
Two parts, like a sandwich
The Lynnaider teaching has two parts.
Part one is the theory: five lessons about the big steps every online business has. That’s the bread.
Part two is the ten ways to earn, all explained the same way so you can compare them. That’s the yummy filling.
The ten ways
Here they are, in the order Lynnaider says to learn them:
- Maker’s E-com. Your very own online shop.
- Affiliate Marketing. You tell people about something and get a little thank-you money.
- Freelancing. You do jobs for people, online.
- Digital Product Sales. You make something once, and sell it again and again.
- Print-on-Demand. Your design goes on a T-shirt or a mug. It only gets made when somebody buys it.
- Dropshipping (the ethical way). You sell things that somebody else sends out. Nicely and honestly.
- Sponsorships & UGC. Brands pay you to make content about their stuff.
- Agentic AI. Robot helpers that do jobs for you. And no coding!
- Sharing Economy. You share things you already have, like a room or a car.
- Audience Monetization. Lots of people follow you, and that turns into money.
Two honest things
One: Lynnaider teaches you how each way works. The theory. Making your actual product is your job.
Two: bringing people to your shop is your job too. Grown-ups call that traffic. Being on the internet doesn’t bring visitors all by itself! But the good news is, anybody can learn it. You don’t need to pay a big agency anymore.
You can hide if you want
Some grown-ups think, “I have to film myself and be an influencer.” Nope!
All ten ways can be done from behind the curtain. Lots of brands are famous for their products, not for their faces. You can always decide later if you want to come out.
Spend tiny, not big
When you start, you need very little money. You’d be surprised how little! Most of the ten ways have free starts, or small one-time costs.
Don’t pay for monthly things before anybody knows your shop. That just makes your tummy feel worried. Start free, and upgrade later when there’s a really good reason.
How to use this map
First read the theory lessons. They teach you the special words. Then read the ten ways in any order you want.
And take notes! Which ways feel easy? Which ones are a big “no thank you”? Those notes will help you later.
What’s next?
Read the next article. It tells you why so many people can start online today. No rush!
