The ten business models, set up by Lynnaider
This page is Lynnaider’s “proof” that online earning can be set up for free, or for very little, if you learn to do it yourself. Yes: you no longer necessarily need an agency, and you no longer need to be a “techy” person. Below, you see each of the ten business models as Lynnaider set it up, with what it cost us.
This page is a small tribute to ‘Light Blue Zone’, the name that came before Lynnaider.
In Lynnaider’s private tutoring, you learn to set up whichever of these models you choose, so you can run them fully on your own afterwards. Or you can be walked through the steps – a little more high-level, but still thoroughly – by our AI agent, Lynnaider Compass.* For each business model, we teach at least three different ways to set it up (about 30 routes in total). In each case, the example below shows one of those ways.
Keep in mind that these demos show only the offering and setup steps. You’ll see that most of the energy for a solo entrepreneur goes into traffic, a task that basically never stops. It means driving eyes to your offer: more of your time if you grow for free, or more of your budget if you advertise. Lynnaider teaches how to manage this on your own too, but doing it is always the business owner’s job, unless you pay an agency.
Own Online Shop
Lynnaider’s definition: Producing physical goods and selling them online. Also applies if you are the official retailer of other brands’ products that you are authorized to sell online.
Our handmade, customizable memo boards bring daily to-do planning back into the physical world. Each board is unique: the buyer chooses the colours of the base and the front, and we make it to order from acrylic resin, glass stones, Swiss clear quartz and epoxy.

Affiliate Marketing
Lynnaider’s definition: Promoting other companies’ products or services in pursuit of a commission. You earn a percentage of sales which result directly from your referral.

Print-on-Demand
Lynnaider’s definition: Co-designing products with a supplier for a margin and having them produced by the supplier only when someone makes a purchase. You own the design; the supplier owns the blank physical product.

Ethical Dropshipping
Lynnaider’s definition: Dropshipping is redefining and marketing products from a supplier for a margin, without holding inventory. When done well, as we see it, it means inventing a new function or use for an otherwise ordinary product and opening a new window to it through thoughtful advertising, which is what justifies the margin.

Sponsorships & UGC
Lynnaider’s definition: Getting invited by brands to create content, and in the case of Sponsorships, also spreading that content to your audience. You receive a fixed fee regardless of resulting sales.

Agentic AI
Lynnaider’s definition: Building conversational AI agents that deliver interactive, adaptive guidance autonomously, and renting access to them or charging for the results they produce. Once set up, an agent can serve many clients or run continuously with minimal ongoing effort from you, though maintenance remains part of the creator’s responsibility.

Sharing Economy
Lynnaider’s definition: Sharing or reselling your physical property or assets online. Rather than creating something new, you monetize what you already own by renting it, lending it temporarily for a fee, or reselling it.

In practice, this is the profile type this business model works with.
Audience Monetisation
Lynnaider’s definition: Earning income directly from the content you produce through platform monetization programs or through ad network placements on your website once you reach the required audience size. It is also called audience monetization.
