The Five Steps of the Lynnaider Framework

Potential & Purpose: Think of this first step as “Reflection in Action”. You begin with your means: who you currently are (identity, values, energy) and what you currently have (tools, access, skills, lived experience). Through small, low-risk actions, potential becomes visible and purpose becomes clearer. But you act while thinking, thinking in itself will not work.

Offering & Income: Here you familiarize yourself with the income techniques and decide what type of offering you may be able to develop; in exchange for payment, or in the beginning purely in exchange for attention.

Profile & Setup: The most technical phase. Profile types are grouped into three categories (marketplace profile, and/or social media profile, and/or website) and the additional software and capabilities form the income enabling technical setup.

Legal & Safety: You eliminate at least some of the needless worry and understand how to operate a business legally and correctly, protecting yourself and others around you.

Traffic & Content: If They Don’t See It, They Won’t Buy Into It. This is where you decide how to attract attention to your offer. Yes, this is the marketing step, and without it, even the best ideas remain invisible. This step deserves particular focus, as it is the one you will repeat continuously. (For many entrepreneurs, this is not the last, continuous step, but the step everything begins with!)

About Lynnaider

Lynnaider was founded by Mel Kohler Grof. After more than a decade in marketing and digital strategy at two of the most iconic companies globally, she has spent the past five years teaching the digital economy in Switzerland’s higher education sector and, wanting to share that knowledge more broadly, created Lynnaider.
