Hi! I’m Lynnie! Today I’m telling you about a solo online business. Solo means all by yourself. Like a solo song!

Before, you needed lots of people to start a business. Now? One person can do it. Just one!

The big wall came down

Before, there was a big wall between you and your customers. The wall had lots of bricks.

A real shop with a door. People to deliver your stuff. A fancy agency to tell everybody about you. And a whole team of experts.

Then the internet came and started taking bricks away. And now there are AI helpers too. They took away even more bricks, super fast!

What one person can do now

Now one person can make something, find customers and help them. The computer is like your best teammate.

Here’s an example. Someone draws a design, puts it on a big online shop, shows it in their own posts, and the payment robot does the paying part. Ta-da! A whole business. No team!

Alone, but not lonely

Some grown-ups worry. “If I work alone, will I be lonely?”

Usually not! You talk to customers, helpers and other people with online businesses. Scientists even found that being online can help people feel less alone and more supported.

But there are some tricky parts too. Sometimes people see you too much. Sometimes work and home get all mixed up. And sometimes there’s no safety net if something goes wrong.

So plan ahead! Decide how much people can see you. Pick your working hours. And think about your money safety net early. Take care of your energy, not just your money.

Like a bird in the sky

Imagine you’re a bird flying high. From up there, you can see the whole path. Every big turn. Then each little step doesn’t feel so scary anymore.

That’s how Lynnaider teaches. First the whole path, then the steps.

No agency, no big money

Before, people paid an agency to find customers. Now you can learn to do it yourself, step by step!

And when you start, you need very little money. You’d be surprised! There are free ways, or small one-time costs, to put up your first product, your first profile or your first little ad.

Don’t pay for monthly things before people know about you. That just makes your tummy feel worried. Start free. Spend more later, when your visitors show you where it’s worth it.

You can stay private

Your business doesn’t need your face or your life story. Your products and ideas can do the talking. You can stay behind the curtain!

What’s next?

The next article tells you about Lynnaider’s three big pillars, and the reasons people work online. Then the theory lessons come. Read them in order. They make a strong base, like the bottom of a Lego tower.

The whole teaching is in the book on our products page. Want a grown-up to help you plan? Go to our services page.

What grown-ups usually ask (and I answer)

Are there step-by-step lessons for starting each of the ten ways cheaply?

Maybe! If lots of people want them. Join the waitlist and you’ll know first.

What is the direct-to-consumer revolution?

The big wall coming down! No more shop, delivery people, agency and team in the middle. One person can now do what a whole team used to do.

Why is it easier to start online now?

The internet took lots of bricks away. Then AI helpers came and took even more, really fast.

Does working online mean no more friends?

Nope! Being online can help you feel less alone. Just watch out for the tricky parts, like being seen too much.

Why the bird thing?

From up high, you see the whole path. Then choosing is easier!

Will I get rich super fast?

No. Sorry! Lynnaider is for building something slowly and nicely. No magic.

Where can I get help if I don’t have much money?

Lynnaider shows you how to start each of the ten ways for free, or for very, very little money. You’d be surprised! And a free robot helper called Lynnaider Compass helps you step by step!
