Hi! I’m Lynnie! Today’s question is a big one. Can you have an online business without showing your face?

Yes! You totally can. And lots of people do it. Way more than you’d think when you scroll on social media.

What Lynnaider gives you

My mommy did a big research project about this. It’s about how new technology and people can get along nicely. For her, the ten ways to earn are like tools. Tools that help people work, and work is a big part of most people’s lives.

Being honest about results

Here’s the honest part. Even if you learn everything really well, success is never guaranteed.

Results depend on lots of things. Your time. Your money. Other shops doing the same thing. And sometimes just luck! So it’s smart to start with real expectations, not dreams made of cotton candy.

Lynnaider won’t say, “Get rich super fast!” It gives you a calm path, one step at a time.

Three big pillars

Lynnaider stands on three pillars. Like a table with three legs! Grown-ups call them Precision, Credibility and Discretion. Big words! I call them:

  • Crystal Clear. Lynnaider doesn’t think you already know stuff. So it explains everything clearly from the start.
  • Totally You. You build on something you really like or are good at. That might even give you a new purpose!
  • Secret Agent. You don’t have to be in the spotlight. You can focus on your work, not on a camera.

Secret Agent: hiding is allowed

In my mommy’s research, 64 out of every 100 people said they’d be more likely to try earning online if they knew how to do it without showing their face. That’s a lot of people!

You can read about it in No More Turning Away: Digital Capabilities and Entrepreneurial Profiles.

Lots of people online put their face in everything. We think they’re really cool! But there are other ways too. And social media isn’t the only place you can be.

Later, if things go well, you can add your face if you want. That can give your work an extra push. But while you’re still trying things out? Staying hidden is totally okay. Some people never show their face. That’s fine too!

Try this game

Think of your favorite brand. Do you know who started it? Look at your shoes or your T-shirt. Find the brand name. Can you picture the person who made it?

I bet you can’t! Lots of big brands have founders nobody’s ever seen. A personal brand is one way. But it’s not the only way.

The other two pillars

Totally You grows when you build on something you really care about. Customers can tell! Crystal Clear means every step is explained simply, and Lynnaider even tells you which steps you can skip.

Hidden and cheap too

A private business can be a cheap business too. You need very little money to start. You’d be surprised! Lots of the ways have free starts or small one-time costs. Start free, bring people, then make it better later.

The whole teaching is in the book on our products page. Want a grown-up to help you plan? Go to our services page.

What grown-ups usually ask (and I answer)

What are Lynnaider’s three pillars?

Grown-ups say Precision, Credibility and Discretion. I say Crystal Clear, Totally You and Secret Agent!

Do I have to show my face online?

Nope! Lots of people would rather not, and that’s a real way to do it.

Is a personal brand the only way?

No! Lots of big brands have founders nobody knows.

So are these “faceless” ways?

Not exactly. Camera lovers use them too. Lynnaider just shows the behind-the-camera examples.

Can I show my face later?

Yes, if you want! It can give your work an extra push. But you never have to.

How can I start for free or almost free?

Lynnaider shows you how to start each of the ten ways for free, or for very, very little money. You’d be surprised! And a free robot helper called Lynnaider Compass helps you step by step!

Will there be step-by-step lessons for each of the ten ways?

Maybe! If lots of people want them. Join the waitlist and you’ll know first.
