Discretion, Credibility, Precision: The Three Core Pillars
After reading this book, readers will have gained a better understanding of possibilities in the digital arena when it comes to online entrepreneurship, advancing in their workplaces, or pursuing income from a hobby or a side hustle. Though technology is constantly evolving, the ten income techniques we cover in our teaching are ones that are very likely to stay prominent also in the future. Remember, we tailored our syllabus to those who are new in this realm of digital, because we believe people should always be able to start, or restart, in this space, and just because so many people are already advanced in the topic, should not mean that basic explanations for beginners are not needed.
This is what ignited the core of our founder’s research efforts as well, focusing on the harmonious integration of digital innovations with the well-being of humans. Within this perspective, online income-generation techniques primarily serve as a kind of “tool.” Why do we consider the topic of online earning the most suitable tool? Because they teach something tangible: the possibility to work, which plays a central role in most people’s lives; and because the decentralized economic opportunities of the future are increasingly moving in this direction.
It is important to understand that even if someone grasps the basic concepts, learns the processes, and masters the necessary techniques, success is far from guaranteed. Achieving results in the online space depends on many factors: personal resources, time investment, market conditions, competition, and often even luck. This is precisely why we consider it essential that learners begin with realistic expectations rather than illusions. Our goal is not to present a path that promises quick wealth, but to provide knowledge that can serve as a genuine foundation for building online activities in a long-term, conscious, and responsible way.
In this book, Lynnaider builds on three pillars:
The Three Core Pillars (i) Precision. We do not assume prior knowledge of digital techniques, and consequently deliver clear, foundational explanations. (ii) Credibility. We intend for you to build on a genuine interest or skill of yours that may lead to a newfound purpose. (iii) Discretion. We guide you through settings that do not require putting yourself in the spotlight, allowing you to concentrate on the task rather than on appearing in front of a camera.
Discretion
In our founder’s study, 64% of respondents answered “more likely to consider” or “would definitely consider” trying out online income techniques in case they knew how to do so without showing their face.2 This figure is noteworthy and may illustrate the extent of individuals’ cautiousness about engaging in digital prospects as they are presently often seen as requiring self-exposure. Online entrepreneurs today who do put themselves in the spotlight, meaning who are in the center of their social media content, are indeed predominant and we at Lynnaider do admire them. We are in awe. However, there are other ways to practice pursuing online income techniques at one’s own discretion first, and social media is also not the single platform one can rely on. If and once you achieve any of the desired outcomes, you will likely consider putting your face next to your work, and that does have the power to give it an additional boost, but while you’re just trying yourself out, it is understandable that you might not want to do that, perhaps ever.
If you set your expectations well, you can pursue a genuine purpose in any case; you can even be someone who would like to keep their face in discretion in the long run. Some of us simply don’t want to be the face of their business that can have many personal reasons. Think of your favorite brand, right now, and ask yourself: “Do I know who the founder of this brand is?” Take your favorite everyday object you use or look at what you’re wearing right now and look for the brand. Chances are that you are not able to name that founder. You can see a company name, but likely you can’t put a face next to it, the majority of the time. It’s fair to say that many of today’s big brands started out with entrepreneurs who had to introduce themselves to the world, but not all of them did it with their faces across the internet. Having a personal brand is a route, but it’s not your only option.3
Hence, along this thinking, we compiled the top ten online income techniques that our experience and research considered the largest and the most feasible for people new to the idea of earning online, and we’ve developed their curricula specifically with an angle to help people practice them without putting themselves in the spotlight necessarily.
These are not “faceless techniques” to be sure we’re clear. These are major techniques used by both those who like to be in front of the camera and those who rather stay behind it. But we teach them through examples by which you can imagine the latter. You won’t be hiding your information from legally necessary places either. We teach our curriculum with very high respect to compliance, exactly to make sure you can practice online income techniques without the stress of legal issues. What we mean under discretion is that it is not through your face, your looks, your speech that you’ll need to appeal to your potential customers, but through the ideas, products, and services that you develop through hard work and authenticity in this sphere. It is authentic to appear to your customers without showing your face if that is what makes you feel safe.
Frequently asked questions
What are Lynnaider’s three core pillars?
Precision, Credibility, and Discretion. Clear foundational explanations; building on a genuine interest or skill of yours; and settings that do not require putting yourself in the spotlight.
Do I have to show my face online?
No. In Lynnaider’s founder’s study, 64% of respondents said they would be more likely to consider trying online income techniques if they knew how to do so without showing their face. Discretion is a legitimate route.
Is a personal brand the only way to build online?
No. Many of today’s big brands started with entrepreneurs who never became the face of their business. Having a personal brand is a route, but not the only one.
Are these faceless techniques?
Not exactly. They are major techniques used by both those who like to be on camera and those who prefer to stay behind it. Lynnaider teaches them through examples that let you imagine the latter path.
Will I still need to share my legal information somewhere?
Yes. Discretion in Lynnaider’s sense is not about hiding legally required information. It is about appealing to customers through your ideas, products and services rather than through your face, looks or speech.
Can I add my face later if I want?
Yes. If you achieve any of the desired outcomes, putting your face next to your work later can give it an additional boost. But there is no obligation to ever do so.
