LYNNIE VERSION

Hi! I’m Lynnie! Guess what? You made it to the last stage of Lynnaider’s mountain path!

Your business is born. Now you raise it! That’s what marketing a new online business is all about. It turns a business that’s just “online” into one people actually meet.

Look what you did!

In the first four stages, you got everything ready. You found your version of a simple idea, picked what to sell, chose your home online, set up the tools to earn, and learned the rules and safety stuff.

That’s a BIG deal! Now your business is here in the world. And a newborn business, just like a newborn baby, needs care, attention and people around it to grow!

Online isn’t the same as seen

Almost nobody will find your business unless you show it to them. The internet is GIANT!

That’s why stage five exists. Your business needs to go make friends! Meet people where they already hang out, and invite them to see what you have.

Why it never stops

Stages one to four are mostly done once, then fixed up sometimes. Stage five is different. It’s the active part of running your business. And you keep doing it as long as your business is alive.

New customers always need to hear about you, and apps and trends keep changing.

Raising your business

Think of marketing like raising your business. You introduce it to people, help it make friends, and give it chances to show what it can do.

Over time, it gets more grown-up. Customers come back, people tell their friends, and search engines send visitors without you asking every time.

But even grown-up businesses need attention!

Your face can hide. Your business can’t!

This is important if you like privacy. You don’t need to step into the spotlight. But your business does need to be seen!

Here are ways to show your business without your face:

  • Search engines: helpful articles that answer what people search for.
  • Pinterest: picture pins that link to your offer, and keep working for months.
  • Marketplaces: listings with clear titles, nice photos and the right words.
  • Email: a newsletter for people who asked to hear from you.
  • Teaming up: other businesses or magazines showing your work.
  • Ads: small, tested ads, once you know what your people like.

No agency needed

People used to pay agencies to find customers. Now you can learn to do it yourself! Most grown-ups start with free ways, then add small paid tests later.

You needed very little money to set up. And you don’t need lots of money for marketing either. Your main ingredients now are time, and doing it again and again.

What’s next?

Lesson T5 explains traffic and content. Free and paid visitors, the fourteen most used ways to bring visitors, and how to keep the customers you get. Plus how to make content that fits you!

All ten ways to earn depend on this stage. The whole lesson is in the book on our products page. Want a grown-up to help plan your first months? Go to our services page.

What grown-ups usually ask (and I answer)

What is the fifth stage?

Traffic and content, the marketing stage. You do it as long as your business exists.

Why isn’t my new business getting sales?

Probably because nobody knows it exists yet! Being online doesn’t bring visitors by itself.

Do I need to show my face to market my business?

No! Your business needs to be seen, not you.

Can I market without an agency?

Yes! Most ways can be learned step by step, and lots are free.

When will I see results?

Ads can bring visitors in days. Free ways often take weeks or months.

Will there be step-by-step lessons for each of the ten ways?

Maybe! If lots of people want them. Join the waitlist and you’ll know first.

What should I market first?

Your one best offer. Learn what works, then add more.

Is there a cheap way to start?

Yes! Lynnaider shows you how to start each of the ten ways for free, or for very, very little money. You’d be surprised! And a free robot helper called Lynnaider Compass helps you step by step!
