My name is Mel Kohler Grof, founder of the Lynnaider brand. After serving as Marketing Director at two iconic global companies, I now lead a quieter but even more technology-driven life, teaching the digital economy in higher education in Switzerland and through private tutoring.
My approach is grounded in a pretty clear finding of mine: 64%* of individuals would never participate in the digital economy if they had to put themselves in the spotlight. Today’s louder internet culture makes many assume that digital success requires becoming the face of your online endeavor. In reality, there are countless ways to build meaningful opportunities online without placing yourself at the center. That is who I teach: people who prefer a discreet approach and want to participate in the digital economy effectively, for the long run.
